When we schedule a virtual appointment, we will send you a secure, unique link either through text message or as an email. Or, you can simply sign into your patient portal account to join your virtual appointment from your account!

If this is your first time using the new patient portal, you may need to register. It will take just a few minutes to sign up, and then you can:

What can you do on the portal?
Below, we have instructions for using the portal in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. If this is your first time using the portal, you will need a code to register. If you recently visited us, you should have received this code from someone at the front desk. If you do not have a code, that's okay! Please call 603-626-9500 and we will help you register.
