Our medical team provides ongoing consultations with patients prescribed Suboxone, Naltrexone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol to support recovery. Since we also work in primary care, we can address any additional mental and physical healthcare needs during clinic visits.

Our medical providers use their expertise and knowledge in the substance use field to carefully plan and treat continuous addiction medication management. We also have an MAT nurse who coordinates prior authorizations & specialty pharmacy requests, orders the medications, and delivers monthly injections to patients.

Amoskeag Health’s MAT team also consists of an MLADC who offers years of important experience in the substance use field. With this knowledge, they deliver clinical mental health services for both substance use and mental health along with co-occurring disorders. This role effectively provides trauma-informed and person-centered care... words that mean putting YOU and your experiences first! Counseling services are offered to all patients in the MAT program and can be coordinated according to your needs.

Master's Level Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC) Services

Our MAT case manager plays an integral role in coordinating care and providing intensive case management services to MAT patients. They can assist with housing applications and follow-up, benefit enrollment and redetermination, employment assistance, community referrals, collaterals, care coordination to higher levels of care, SSDI/SSI application assistance, and so much more. The case manager also provides recovery education and relapse prevention services to all patients and will work individually with you on your "recovery capital," all of the internal and external resources that help you achieve and sustain recovery.

Case Management & Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) Services

All MAT patients are required to do preliminary bloodwork when they start the MAT program. This bloodwork includes a liver panel to assess for any trace of Hepatitis. Dr. Mary Cullen specializes in assessing and treating Hepatitis C with regular follow-ups, bloodwork, full medication management, and post-treatment follow-ups as appropriate. Our MAT nurse also works diligently with patients and specialty pharmacies to coordinate ordering, delivering, and starting treatment.
